Does the fact that I was in the PND from the military registration and enlistment office and received a “light” diagnosis (alarming PD) interfere with employment in the IT field?
There are reasons not to go to the army, but I think to pretend to be normal, because in fact it is so (manifestations of anxiety disorder do not interfere), so that there are no further problems.
A question for people who have been employed in the IT field for the first time: do they ask you for certificates from PND that you are not registered with them? Are they asked to undergo medical examinations at all? Does anyone know RL? How do they go through the process of employment and do they manage to get a normal job?

IT it is in different places, sometimes quite unexpected. Having received such a mark in the military, you will never get any job in law enforcement agencies, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, etc. - where it is required to serve a term.
If you think that it makes sense to lose some potential employers at the start of life, then go ahead.
I have several examples when at first people thought that this state service is not for them, they are already beautiful and they will tear them all off with their hands, and then they regretted it when they had difficulty finding a normal job.
Accounting is advisory and dispensary. The first is not marked as an event in the IPA at all, and is not reflected in the certificates. If the diagnosis is "easy", then the account is most likely advisory. Basically , problems arise if you get "G". "B" is no problem. Usually.
In fact, you will find out your fate at the medical examination, after 1-2 weeks in a specialized hospital. Again, if they give "B" - no one will know about it until you tell.
In most cases, a certificate from the IPA is not required, but in some areas they may either require a certificate or check it on their own - banks, government agencies, institutions, commercial organizations confused by formal requirements (I have worked in such a case), and in this case, after passing all the interviews, you will receive refusal. At the same time, such companies often offer salaries even slightly higher than the market - so decide whether it is worth it to refuse such employers.
I know two examples when employment was denied because of a tattoo on the neck and because of an administrative case for fairly harmless hooliganism. In principle, not much different situations.
I note that if the question is to get away from the army, there are more harmless options that do not affect employment in the future.
I didn't see any problems with employment.
I saw a problem for several months regarding the renewal of a driver's license, which I had to pour quite a lot of money from a friend a year ago
How do they go through the recruitment process?
The personnel department sends you to the medical commission, which gives you a paper on which it is written only: Passed = can work in this specialty, or NOT Passed - you can’t work; But the diagnosis is not shown in this paper! So you need to ask your friends in the medical commission ...
