Does the exchange of 1C cache product cards reset when the price on the site changes?

A frequent exchange of prices and balances with the site is set up. And while watching, I noticed that the Date of change property changes in the product card.
Yes, and measuring the page spin speed in dev-tools, it also grows.
Question: is the card cache reset? And is the entire cache reset or partially the price or balance output component (I don’t know if Bitrix can do this)?
