Does the employer have the right to evaluate the project if, as a result of the dispute, he won and the dispute was not for the entire amount of the bid, but for a part?

There were disagreements with the employer, he did not want to pay the first part of the payment for the work, I started a dispute with him for this amount, BUT I wrote in the language with which I communicated with the employer all the arguments (Polish, before that support always answered in Polish, so I decided that they will also judge the dispute). He answered in English. As a result, the dispute was decided in his favor, as I understand it, no one even read my arguments. As far as I understand, they initially stand on the client side.
Well, let him get the money, what to do, BUT after a couple of days I somehow saw a review from him and a closed project. And here's the thing, as soon as I registered on the site, I read the FAQ and it says that the work can be evaluated ONLY if the freelancer was paid a remuneration, those in my situation he could not do it in any way (after reading the FAQ, I even contacted the support in the chat and they confirmed it to me, but then how it came to this, it turned out quite the opposite). Who had such an experience and is it legal?
