This is most likely due to the fact that most advertising networks connect from 3,000 impressions per day in a certain format. On our part, we implemented this restriction for several reasons:
1) Many networks have a minimum payment threshold, for example, from 1000 impressions per day. Those. if you have only 100 of them per day, and you still divide them between different networks, then your income will tend to 0.
2) There are networks with application pre-moderation, for example, Facebook Audience Network, myTarget. Those. in fact, we are waiting for several days for the decision of the moderators of these networks.
