Does the API allow programmatically scheduling posts with Open Graph validation?

There is a self-written API on NodeJS + Mongo, which simply sends the necessary JSON to the front.
Under it, the backend front (SPA) is written separately. I am making some kind of CMS for personal needs (+ learning in the process), and I want to add a feature: when creating a post (blog notes, news, whatever), the option to add posting at the right time on the corresponding page in the social network of this site. This is how services like Zapier do something similar, integrating all sorts of Wordpress with Buffer and so on. Are these options available to regular developers?

Yes, all these things are available to Facebook through the Graph API , etc. Now it's true that Facebook has cut them down so much, you have to go through application verification.
And here lives the Twitter API .
