Does the AMD radeon 530 graphics card support OpenGL 2?

I bought a laptop, downloaded archicad 20. When I select the parameters to show drawings in 3d, I see just a white screen. When I select the parameters to display in a vector way, everything is visible, but very poorly. What could it be? How to fix it? Does my graphics card support Orengl 2 at all?
