Does text have a minimum size limit?

Set the value font-size:1em;
And when the browser is reduced to half, it also decreases behind the block, but further, its size remains in one place and with a very small browser size (folded around the edges manually), the text already becomes more blocks.
Did I wrongly set the size of the text for adaptation or does it have a minimum limit?
