Does sudo service uwsgi restart rename /var/run/mysqld/mysqld.sock?

There is a file - /var/run/mysqld/mysqld.sock after running the sudo service uwsgi restart command, the mysqld.sock file is renamed to mysqld.sock.lock, then mysql server crashes, you have to manually rename this file back to make everything work.
Ubuntu 14.04
