From time to time I return to the search for a suitable organizer for managing my work time / projects. In most cases, given that I'm not a super-busy manager, but just a person who wants to streamline trivial tasks a little so as not to forget anything, I only need a small part of a large program that I once again downloaded. Gantt charts - inconvenient for everyday affairs... in general - project management software - too bold for an organizer. Yes, and organizers, in most cases, combine e-mail, and some kind of cloud storage, and a lot of other nonsense. The Google calendar is the best thing the web has to offer so far, but it has a slightly awkward interface. Tell me, knowledgeable people, experienced, who have tried everything in the world - is there such an organizer,

Well, it’s not the most convenient tool for everyday ones in a calendar context, but still try it - kanban boards. It was for the management of simple projects / sets of tasks that suited me perfectly. Two representatives: trello.com and kanbanflow.com
