Of course, I was very scared (how do you do it) and asked him to moneyback the owner, but he excused himself, then after 1-2 hours I decided to go there myself (under vpn on the phone) and that's what I saw - the balance of steam is 0 rubles, in history there were a lot of deposits (all of them were crossed out) and when I tried to make a moneyback, it gave an error, just if you click on the history, it showed this
And then, when I tried to enter an hour later, these transactions crossed out were no longer there. Therefore, the question is - did Steam make moneyback to the owner of the card?
