Does Roskomnadzor block CloudFlare's IP addresses at the moment?

If yes, how to deal with it?
Maybe there are alternatives? ("Anonymity" at the level of CF, etc.)
I would be glad for any advice on this topic

If he blocked specific resources....
Roskomnadzor blocks subnets. Some of the addresses are still banned...
How to fight - if you see that your IP is banned, ask CloudFare to change your external IP. Until you find a free one)
If you only need to enter - any way to bypass the "blocks"

How to deal with Roskomnadzor? Weird question.
If there are / will be alternatives, then they will also be subject to blocking, like CloudFlare.
