Does not try to test the connection with the local dns server - "No Internet connection, Protected", why?

There is a dns server, in fact, a request relay - it works (this is the main thing;) )
There is a problem when Network adapter settings -> DNS=127.0.0.1
There is no problem if Network adapter settings -> DNS=8.8.8.8

upd : With eights, at the time of connection , resolve dns www.msftconnecttest.com and then fetch the file at www.msftconnecttest.com/connecttest.txt . With local dns, it doesn't even try to resolve the domain above
. I couldn't google it, can anyone come across a similar one?

PSafter connecting, dns works, requests are processed without error (nslookup, of course, too, even chrome starts resolving them - apparently after the connection is broken, it temporarily disables the built-in resolver). The problem is that the OS does not initiate the procedure for checking the Internet connection, therefore the "no network" icon remains in the UI. Once again: no verification attempt - no GUI update. But of course, you can work on the Internet, although the icon is confusing - not familiar ..

pps Johnny Lowhunter ,
Yes, and I have already presented all the settings.
these?
There is a problem when Network adapter settings -> DNS=127.0.0.1
.. indiscriminately what did you install there and how did you set it up .. this is most likely a big problem .. and you miraculously deftly leave the analysis
.. and your rake (if it is MS DNS) is clearly visible in the service management console + in the interface settings
.. on the server .. and on the clients .. if you have any, go
here ms dns server relay if you are correct at least in basic information
