On the same site there is an identification service by VID and PID,
these parameters can be obtained by clicking properties in the device manager:
flashboot.ru/iflash

You can see the item "Disk Management" in the screenshot of the device manager. Go there, find the flash drive there and try to delete the partition on it and create it again.
