Does not enter 1C through a browser from an external network. What can be wrong?

Good afternoon. the problem is the following. The web client is configured on the computer. it was possible to enter the database from any computer through a browser using a static ip and port https://176.105.243.96:10400/Retail/ru_RU/ or being in this network through an internal ip https://192.168.0.102/Retail/ru_RU/ was the router was reset and the entrance to the database was interrupted, in the settings of the router, I assigned the computer with the ip address 192.168.0.102 to the base computer and forwarded port 10400 to this ip address. Now, being in this network, it enters the database through / https://192.168.0.102/Retail/ru_RU/ and still does not enter from outside. Where else needs to be corrected?

@Dementor

Here you don’t need to go to the forums, but take a tambourine and run around the router :)
What comes to mind offhand:
1) In your firewall, incoming except for standard ports (80, 443, 3389 and so on) may be prohibited
2) In there is an error somewhere in the forwarding rules - either the responses are not forwarded, or your port 10400 is forwarded to another IP, but still on the same port 10400; or port 80, while you have a secure connection and need forwarding on 443.
3) Something was messed up in the web server settings and it rejects incoming calls due to NATa because it thinks that someone is trying to use a MiTM attack .
