Does not allow to paste the contents of the clipboard into gDoc by ctrl+v. How to fix?

Win 10, Google Startup and Sync installed. I regularly work in Google Docs from under the browser. When I try to paste the contents of the clipboard (including text) into the document through the keyboard, it is not inserted in any other way than through RMB / Paste.
When I kill the autoload and synchronization process, everything works fine.
