Does Lingualeo have working support? Email not answered
Recently, my wife decided to take advantage of their promotion, where it was proposed to pay for the "Golden Status" for the year and choose one of 3 courses. Accidentally poked in the wrong place when choosing a course.
I wrote to tech support, they never answered.
Can anyone tell me if there is anyone out there? Or at the moment the service only accepts money?
update: Thank you very much! The issue was resolved, the representative contacted via VK, where they also left a note and gave the activation code for the desired course. :)
