Does Kindle Fire HD 8.9 LTE support our regular 3G?
Is it even worth taking such a thing for 15 thousand rubles, will ordinary android applications be installed and where can I order one in Russia?

Normal 3g should work - there is a fallback in HSPA+, HSDPA, and EDGE/GPRS. Regular android applications will be installed from the Amazon Appstore. Google Play - as far as I understand - if hacked. Buy gray in Russia (it will be more expensive than 15 thousand) or order through a mail-fordwarding company (shipping will cost up to 50USD).
