Does JIRA support searching by OU and not by CN?

Hello. Interested in the question, is it possible to feed JIRA search for users from the directory through OU, and not through CN?
Example. Given:
(&(objectCategory=Person)(sAMAccountName=*)(memberOf=CN=users_from_mneetonenado,ou=U, ou=beta, ou=blablabla,DC=net))
Need:
(&(objectCategory=Person)(sAMAccountName= *)(memberOf=ou=U, ou=beta, ou=blablabla,DC=net))
