Does JavaScript have a documentation standard like phpdoc that phpStorm will support?

There is a Vue.js project that would be nice to document, but since I'm still initially in php, then I use phpStorm, which does not support JSDoc. At least when you try to describe something in this way, there is no highlighting and the autocomment hotkey does not work.

PS It is clear that you can do everything yourself, but if there are ready-made solutions in this area, then I'd better use them
