Does it show the OS X utility window on boot?

When loading, the laptop froze and it was decided to turn it off by holding the power button for a long time.
Then this window pops up. Can you help me figure out where the problem is?

The utility is launched from the system boot partition. This means that the disk was not found and there is nothing to boot from. Select disk utility, look at the available disks. You will be unpleasantly surprised.
However, you already figured it out. Look what happened to the disk.
