Already replied to something similar. It all depends on your goals and directly promoted resource. Well, suppose you have an online store, stupid visits by a bot or some users will obviously not increase your sales. If you have a news portal, then the picture is somewhat different, but again, the event is very doubtful. If your goal is to show numbers in analytics, this is one thing, if you are focused on results, just do your job well and everything will work out.
