Does it make sense to study new technology from articles on Habré?

I constantly stumble upon similar links , of which there are many , many . The comments are often positive and I have not seen any negative about this. But does such a study make sense, is there any benefit from it? It means learning from scratch.
I recently found a new interesting article about LÖVE , which I had some problems learning. I was especially surprised that immediately in the first part 60+ exercises are given, which make you not only google, but also think. I really want to finally understand the basics of game development, because I constantly stumble upon some pitfalls that are easily solved, but I don’t know how to start solving it.
I would like to hear your opinion about such a study (not necessarily the study of game engines). It is impossible to watch video courses on engines, as well as on the language, this is all IMHO, of course, since video lectures on mathematics come in very well. All that remains is the documentation and articles on the web.

I'm afraid you can't learn technology from one article to three pages, starting from scratch. You can consider such articles as introductory, or as one of the examples, more or less analyzed in detail. With this, everything is fine. But for a full-fledged study - it will not be enough.
For a more detailed dive into the topic, you can find books, courses, official documentation, and so on.
If you do not start from scratch, then such an article + documentation may be quite enough, but then you would hardly ask this question.

I wouldn't call it an "article". In fact, this is a whole course of learning love2d with independent exercises. Looks promising and promising.
