Does it make sense to put a Yandex RTB ad unit on a pop-up sidebar?

My site displays differently on desktop and mobile.
On the desktop, on the left, there is a menu, tags, recent comments, and the Yandex RTB ad block.

This same site of mine on a mobile phone is displayed without a menu on the left.
Instead, this menu is hidden in a sidebar that pops up on the left if the user clicks a button in the site's header.

Should I put the same RTB block on the sidebar?
After all, it is almost always not visible, and appears only if the user wants to open the menu.

Another problem is that the site configuration depends on the screen size.
Let's say on a tablet with a horizontal arrangement, it shows the site as a desktop, and if you expand the tablet vertically, it shows it as a mobile layout - the menu on the left disappears but a sidebar appears.
