Does it make sense to install Docker on Debian 8.5 Jessie (Linux 2.6 kernel)?

Hello! Does it make sense to install Docker on Debian 8.5 Jessie with Linux kernel 2.6.32-042stab108.1 ?
PS I use a VPS with OVZ virtualization, which means that I won't be able to update the kernel, so the kernel update options are not suitable.
