Does it make sense to enter ISU as a programmer?

Are there graduates of the ISU here, priority from Fiz-Mata, is it worth it to enter the areas related to computer science? How is it with technology, do computers work normally, or is there an assembly of zero years with windows 1? As teachers, do they teach well or
just badly? Could anyone find a job according to their profile after studying?
If everything is really bad, then recommend some kind of university in Irkutsk or not very far, at least in Siberia, maybe in Novosibirsk.

In any university you will be given the basics of thinking and the basis for working with higher matters, but you still need to study modern development and programming on your own.
