Take MACmini, 2011 or 2012, they have full-fledged processors, and you can easily change the HDD and RAM up to 16.
There are a lot of them on the market and the price is adequate, for $ 300 you can find a great option.
Better than 2012, 2011 no longer has official support for the latest version of macOS.
