Does IntelliJ IDEA Ultimate include all other company products?

Previously used WebStorm for JS, HTML, CSS; PyCharm for Python IntelliJ Idea for Java Android Studio for android development. Do I understand correctly that IntelliJ IDEA Ultimate combines the full functionality of these products and some others? And you can comfortably use it alone instead of all that heap?

no. it is a standalone product

almost. apart from Rider, as far as I remember, there is still no support for C# plugins in IntelliJ. functionality of other languages/IDEs, supported via plugins

it's not the same for everybody. in the comments you mentioned python. and google IntelliJ vs PyCharm opinions are conflicting. someone thinks that specialized IDEs are more convenient, most often it flickers about PyCharm, although about WebStorm, most often everyone agrees that there is no difference
