Does GPS work on the ISS?

It is clear that, theoretically, GPS should work normally in low Earth orbit, but I think there are "nuances" here. Are there any facts confirming/denying? What problems can or do exist?

For mere mortals - the Pentagon has banned the GPS location of objects located above 18 km ..
This of course does not apply to the ISS, but still)

... a circular orbit with an altitude of about 20,200 km is a daily multiplicity orbit with a period.
It looks like satellites can be caught up to this height (the higher, the stronger the signal), maybe even higher than the orbit, but more difficult, since the signal is directed to the Earth.
