When deleted from one of these places, the cookie is automatically restored from the remaining ones. Works even if the user changes browser (via Local Shared Objects from Flash).
There is definitely no such thing, because no one uses Flash anymore.
And so I saw a library that identifies the browser by 50 parameters. But I forgot what it's called.
