Does Docker create a load?

Hello All!
There is a server with docker, one software is deployed on the server and it was initially deployed through docker. The software is heavy and requires a lot of resources, I look at the processes - I see that the docker process has a rather voracious state, hence the question - how to check what kind of load the docker creates on the system? Perhaps it is worth abandoning it and running the software simply on the server, without docker - will this give an advantage? The software is back-end, without gui and the web, I don’t really see the point of running it in the docker, given that crond, rsyslog, sypervisor spins in the container for it, but this approach was chosen before me.

Check docker stats load.
If you run the software outside of docker, you won't see any difference.
