Does Direct glue requests in word forms buy and buy?

At the client I use dynamic title substitution. And in its subject, many are looking for ads in the word form buy. Intent, most likely, "I want to find who sells."
Wordstat gives different statistics for these queries. And it's not surprising, because I'll buy - it can be a verb, or it can be a plural from a purchase. From this I conclude that it is probably not worth adjusting the requests and buy turn into buy, so as not to cut the coverage.
On the other hand, I did such a test, based on the fact that Yandex.Direct highlights the words contained in the request in bold: I wrote a heading that would contain the word and buy and buy and sell. In response to the "buy" heading, it highlights all three.
What is your experience?
PS So far I have solved the situation by selecting phrases in a group with a static heading.

You just check through Wordstat with the "!" Separately, all the options are "buy-buy-purchase". It is most likely that in its subject matter, people still search more often with the word form "buy" and practically do not search at all with "purchase".
Yes, indeed, all the phrases “buy”, “buy”, “sale”, “order” are the same for Yandex in the ad, it singles them out in the same way. The only thing you can pay attention to this issue is a small difference in bids for different word forms, but for this you need to use all these options in ad groups at the same time with the "!" (if they have at least some frequency) to assign individual rates.
