Yes. Because links will change.
If "gluing" links is configured: old URL -> 301 redirect -> new URL. Then move calmly, just don't forget to check before "moving" that all old links have received a 301 redirect. If the "node" URL "falls out", then all internal links of this page (section / subsection, etc.) will go down.
