How to edit the menu in Joomla so that the url in the href is without a slash at the end?

The task is to remove all urls that have a slash at the end. That is, not just what would redirect (301 redirect) to a page without a slash during the transition, but there were no such urls at all. I removed everything. But I can't get to the menu.

What I understand is not at all right.
