Does Debian 9 support cgroup?

Dear toasters, does oc:Debian 9 support cgroup - cgroups?
I can’t find an article on this topic anywhere, I found it only for Centos, Ubuntu.
Please help, thanks in advance for your replies!

Yes, it does. And through systemd, and directly, and through lxc / lxd or docker. For example, the first one that came across - https://www.hiroom2.com/2017/07/03/debian-9-lxd-en/
And finally, debian9 has a 4.9 kernel, in which cgroups-v2 - https://www .kernel.org/doc/Documentation/cgroup-v2.txt
