Does Cyrillic turn to Latin on iPhone?

Faced such a problem. I made up the page, added the raleway font via google fonts, and everything seems to be ok, but on the iPhone 7, the Cyrillic characters turned into similar Latin ones. And the whole strange thing is that on the other iPhone everything is fine. What could be the problem?

Until recently, Google's Raleway didn't support Cyrillic at all. Maybe an older version interprets the font file strangely. Should I connect locally from https://github.com/mxp100/raleway-cyrillic ?
