To increase the number of links to the main site, we decided to copy blog materials to other blog resources such as blogpost, medium, reddit. Each article has a link to the main resource. Is it beneficial in terms of promoting the site in search results?

Yes, such links will provide some benefit, but more indirect than direct benefit from external links. That is, they will work more like PR links than SEO links, they will benefit by improving the PF and having official blogs on various platforms.
