Does cisco make home routers?

Judging by the news, thousands of popular routers are broken and made into botnets. I want to buy some high-quality, but not widespread brand for the cisco type for my home (few people have it at home). Do cisco generally have similar solutions?
If not, who else would you recommend?

Cisco had a subsidiary that made home (soho) devices. It's called linksys. But in 2014 this brand was sold to belkin.
Now it's better to take mikrotik or one of the routers that is friendly with DD-WRT . Mikrotik even on budget devices has a very "serious" operating system that can do all sorts of cool things out of the box.

for the house I took NEXX WT-3020H with the appointment to flash Openwrt. Satisfied - works great, extensive repository, even updates happen.
now I still can’t kick myself and upgrade to release 17.01.4

I put a gateway on the atom at home + a power supply to it without a fan + additional network card
Well, since there is a tench, the possibilities are endless. 4 cores + 4 gig DDR3. maybe redundant, but now it can be assembled up to 3-4k used kits. Behind the gateway is an old linksis, which essentially gives a hub + Wi-Fi.
Of the ready-made pieces of iron with such functionality, only Mikrotik and dd / open-wrt can compete. But prices are higher.
I chose a router or a Linux gateway for a long time, but decided in favor of the second one.
