The page was created for internal use, where most PCs have Win XP installed with standard IE6. It is not possible to update on all workstations, and not all of them have access to the external environment.

Bootstrap basically does not support IE6, and the third bootstrap does not support IE7 either. So, I would say that a complete redesign is required (add the ie6.css file and load it for the sixth donkey).
