The question is the following, in online stores when paying online, checks from OFD come.
If you connect the cash register to Bitrix.
And the client pays, for example, for goods via the Internet, is a check sent? Or is there something else that needs to be done?
We do not quite understand the essence of this work ....

Yes.
Checks do not always come from OFD - they usually ask for additional payments.
Bitrix-checkout regularly has mail templates for most OFDs (with their links).
Everything works out of the box, you just need to set up the cash register.
