Does Apple pay developers to a ruble account?

Background: I am registered with Apple as an individual developer. Regularly and without problems I receive payments to a currency (dollar) account. Now a large game project is being developed, where dozens of people are involved, so we have registered a company. Soon we are waiting for the assignment of DUNS and we will register with Apple already as a legal entity. There was a rumor that this year it would be possible to register ruble accounts with Apple, which would automatically get rid of hemorrhoids with currency control. Did this miracle happen, or did it just remain a rumor? In any case, I will find out on my own skin in the near future, but suddenly someone will announce the good news right now!

3 years ago, I received money in a ruble account. But every transaction you will lose 1500-2000 rubles. The bank takes it, so I later changed it to a dollar one. If this is not critical for you, I do not see any problems.
