Yes, everything is as usual: two pins for power, one pin is a speed detector. If the task is just to start - you only supply power. If the task is to determine whether the cooler is rotating and set the exact rotation speed, you need to "listen" to the third pin and set the supply voltage depending on the frequency at which pulses from this pin come.
1 GND (Black)
2 +5V (Red)
3 Sense (Yellow): spin sensor
