Does anyone know how to install drivers for RICOH Aficio MP 201 spf?

There is a rikoha MFP and it’s not like I can’t put drivers on it, I’ve already broken my head.
I tried to download the driver and manually install it, but it doesn't work. Maybe someone knows how to deal with such a problem. There is no driver disk. Windpws 7 OS.
