Does anyone know how to fix the error OCI runtime create failed: container_linux 345 .....?

Good day. Installed docker toolbox on windows 7.
Moved to working project folder and run docker-compose up -d. After some time downloading files, it gives an error, which is in the photo. Who faced and how to fix it?
