How to change server time on Zabbix Server?

There is an installed and running docker container with Zabbix-appliance (nginx+mysql+zabbix server)
In the zabbix web form, local time and time on the server differ (meaning the clock widget). Information from zabbix agents is displayed with server time, which has a difference of 4 hours compared to local time.
How to change time on Zabbix server to match local time.
What I have already done:
Exhibited in php.ini (inside the zabbix-appliance container) the time zone I need.

also added to nginx.conf autoindex_localtime on;in

location / {
}
