Does anyone know/have used the WinForms .Net Component: Graph + Marking Tools?

Good day to all. Perhaps someone has used a component for WinForms .Net that allows you to build a graph (like the standard Chart) and has tools for marking areas (rectangles) and / or individual points? The component is needed specifically for WinForms because the development is carried out in C ++ / CLI.
