It is strange that no one mentioned the course " Databases " from the Computer Science Center. The course itself is offline, but videos and slides are published (there is a link).
The truth about SQL is practically not mentioned there, the emphasis is rather on the general principles of the DBMS, so it’s not safe to listen to the course without experience with RDBMS - you can inadvertently become a NoSQL fanatic (:

There is a desire to file a number of Postgresql courses, online and not so much. I have a fairly extensive experience of about 10 years. If there is interest, you can discuss individual training in PM.

Postgres has great documentation.
Check out this or this course syllabus. You don't need a part at all, you don't need a part on a daily basis. The rest you can explore on your own. And to give 20-40 tyr for a week of lectures is inhumane.
