Does anyone have SMS alerts with IFTTT in Russia?

Recently got around to testing the IFTTT service. Only SMS notifications were really interested, but as luck would have it, a confirmation pin does not come to Megafon-Moscow. I enter the number in the format 00792... Am I the only one?

I have tele2 and everything works, it only works in the time zone of America) In addition, there is a limit on the number of SMS per month.
