The goal is this: if someone called my number, then:
- if all operators have this, then tell me how it is configured

- if this cannot be done, and only additional. software, for example, for an Android phone
... then the caller should receive an SMS "thank you for calling our company", I want to change the text to the desired one.
ps: it will also be a good option if the one who called and my second number (and or email) will receive an SMS that someone called.

Apps called like "SMS Auto Responder" definitely exist for Android. Also, as far as I understand, there are such services for Beeline and MTS, google. And it's best to learn about incoming calls from the regularly requested detail (through the provider). If you need more, then specify your task.
