Does anyone have problems with Google Webmasters on sites hosted by Mediatemple?

I recently noticed that confirmations for my projects located on Mediatemple fell off in Google Webmasters. Trying to ask MT for help resulted in me being recommended to write to Google :)

The crux of the question is: does anyone else have projects on MT, and does Webmasters tools work for you?
Answers are needed indicating the Cluster and segment

To continue a reasoned conversation, I need to know: this is a problem only for my account, or the entire cluster, or segment ... If it works for someone, I would like to know the number segment where everything is in order.
