Does anyone have experience 1s on AMD 3950X?

We are planning:
-OS: Arch Linux
-Hypervisor on qemu/kvm
stack -Debian virtual machine for 1c-postgresql and 1c-server
-Virtual machine for Windows Server as a terminal and running a thin client on it.
20 users, conf. integrated stock automation.
Or is it better to take i9-10900k?
(all on nvme disks)

For 1s, a lot of memory + fast disks are important.
In fact, 1s percent does not load. In my memory, 16 nuclear processors were enough for 300 users, I don’t remember exactly the model.
So that should be enough.
